Sourdough breakfast sandwich was fresh, hot, perfect salt perfect toasted bread with thick bacon and cheese and not to mention it was very big and delicious. Thank you Fave! Ordered ahead of time and she texted me when done, very convenient. Julia

I got to chat with Fav and had the best conversation. She was so sweet and super accommodating for food substitutions. I had a bagel breakfast sandwich with cheese bagel, eggs, hash browns, and mushrooms. It was soooooo good. I also had an iced latte with s'mores creamer- Sooooo good!! I didn't know this place existed and I'm so glad I was in the area to check it out. Fav stated that they've been open for a couple years but had to close for a year due to vandalism that occurred. Her place is back up and running and needs the support of the DT community. I LOVE a good breakfast sandwich! She has a lot more than that. Please support her small business.

We were looking for a bagel sandwich on our road trip and I'm glad we found this spot! On a small corner and a bit unassuming.. but the food was so good!! We eat a lot of bagel sandwiches and will be talking about this one for sure. There was this thin layer of hashbrowns that really leveled it up. The blonde woman working was also extremely nice and helpful with all our questions.

This wasmy first time visiting Downtown Oak. Fav the owner was fabulous and my breakfast sandwich was delicious! The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Can't wait to return to try the fresh donuts, pretzel bites, and lunch sandwiches. Check it out.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the soft pretzels at Downtown Oak, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. These pretzels were the perfect blend of softness and saltiness, with a delicious flavor that left me wanting more. Not only were these pretzels delicious, but they were also incredibly affordable, making them an excellent value for the price. I would highly recommend these soft pretzels to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable snack. In fact, I enjoyed them so much that I'm already looking forward to getting them again. The menu options and friendly atmosphere, I know that this restaurant will quickly become a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike. The only con is that they currently take cashapp or cash. Unfortunately, I was limited on cash and I don’t have a cashapp so I couldn’t order more food but will return to try out other items. Overall, if you're in the mood for a delicious and satisfying snack, I highly recommend trying the soft pretzels at this new restaurant. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Cute little corner spot! Easy parking. Ladies working were SO SWEET!!! Lavender honey coffee is SO DELICIOUS!! Had 2 breakfasts sandwiches— and they were STACKED with veggies and egg and all the good stuff 🎉 honestly such a good find

This little place was closed for awhile due to unfortunate circumstances. BUT they are back and better than ever. They remolded the place, added cute interior, comfy couches and even inviting Christmas window paintings on the front. This time I had the Coffee Cake, and it was delicious. A few of my coworkers eyeballed the fluffy, sugary and warm piece of coffee cake as I came back into the office. Everytime I come here, I always get greeted with a warm smile. Will definitely be going back, and bringing my friends .
